The Wolfe Manor (originally known as the Andrews Estate, later as the Clovis Avenue Sanitarium and the Andleberry Estate) [1] was a turn of the century mansion located in Clovis, California. The manor was once a private residence, sanitarium, and eventually a haunted attraction.
The historic Wolfe Manor, later known as Clovis Avenue Sanitarium, was built as a private residence in 1922. In 1935 it became the Hazelwood Sanitarium for treating those with terminal illnesses such as tuberculosis.

The Wolfe Manor/Clovis Sanitarium (combined) was an 8,000 square foot structure. There were two documented murders that took place in the building in which one patient killed another patient. There were instances of abuse at the sanitarium, which has lead many of the community members in Clovis to desire to have the Clovis Sanitarium destroyed.
