11 gru 2014 · Clif shot bloks 18*60g – £29.99. The energy gels are very similar – same carbohydrate content. Ingredients based on maltodextrin, can syrup and water. Some come as double expresso, which gives a whopping 100 mg of caffeine – far too much for my taste.

For a medium consistency, go with GU or PowerGel. If you like thicker gels go for Clif Shot or Hammer Gel. If you like thinner gels go for Carb-BOOM. For eating quickly, I preferred the smaller serving sizes (Clif Shot, GU).
