However, the phone numbers within the fake Amazon emails actually connect to the scammers themselves rather than real support.

Sent email 2 days ago, left voice mail hours ago and still haven't heard. Called corporate office, can't reach people there either although they do have someone who answers the phone. Weeks later, the communication with the sales person has been awful.
