The document is available as a pdf from dropbox here: LeeS' Civilization 6 Modding Guide (441 page / 12,730KB pdf file) You will want to save the pdf file to your computer, I would think.
However, when I look in the folder Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI, it isn't there, even with viewing hidden items set to enabled. I tried searching the entire PC for AppOptions.txt with no luck. I also verified the game files through steam, which also did nothing.

On my PC, my XML files are found here: C:>ProgramFiles(x86)>Steam>SteamApps>Common>Sid Meier's Civilization VI. In this directory, you will choose "Base" for changing wonders in the base game and "DLC" for those added in DLC packs.

8 sty 2024 · Civilization 6’s console commands and cheats have proven rather elusive since launch and there’s a good reason for that. The title doesn’t have the richest offering and you will have to mostly play by its rules.
