26 lip 2022 · The Toccoa City Commission has approved the 2022 millage rate for the residents of Toccoa. On Monday, during the commission’s regular scheduled meeting, City Manager Billy Morse presented the proposed millage rate of 5.6 mills, which is lower than the 2021 millage rate.
