Most permits can be submitted online. If the permit type you need is not available via the REPS or PRO portal, fill out the appropriate application form and send it to: permits @redmond.gov. Over-the-Counter Permits Online (Redmond E-Permitting System - REPS) Over-the-Counter (OTC) permits are permits that do not require plan review.
The Development Services Center (DSC) is responsible for reviewing and issuing a wide array of Land Use and Construction Permits ranging from simple same day permits to complex development projects. The permit you need to execute your project will depend on what type of project you are working on.
