If you meet the minimum qualifications to be hired by the Metro Nashville Police Department, you will be given a conditional offer of employment. After you receive a conditional offer of employment, you will be required to complete a Psychological Assessment, Medical Examination and Drug Screen and a CVSA (Computer Voice Stress Analysis) Test.
