Inspection by city sanitarian, referral of applications to and reports by building inspector. The city sanitarian shall, whenever an application is filed for a hotel permit for a hotel, which does not have a valid hotel permit, inspect the hotel within 30 days of such filing.
The City of Mequon follows the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services - One and Two Family (UDC) Administrative Code. All permits are good for one year from date of issuance except new commercial or single-family homes which are good for two years from date of issuance.
