Flint City Code of Ordinances by amending Chapter 50, Zoning, by repealing said Ordinance and adopting Chapter 50, Zoning, Articles 1 through 18, which shall read in its entirety as follows: ARTICLE 1 TITLE, PURPOSE AND SCOPE § 50-1.
