Maintaining the Records of the Cleveland Municipal Courts. The Criminal/Traffic Division of the Clerk of Courts Office records, processes and maintains all criminal, traffic and housing matters decided in Cleveland Municipal Court.

The court is located in the Justice Center in downtown Cleveland. The Cleveland Municipal Court has the ability to hear and decide specific kinds of cases including civil disputes.
Tickets for traffic violations may be paid online through the Cleveland Heights Municipal Court's website. Parking tickets may be paid at the Cashier's window at City Hall (weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or in the drop box outside City Hall at: 40 Severance Circle. Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118.
Parking Tickets: You must pay or contest your parking ticket within 15 days of the date the ticket was issued. If payment is not received within this time, the ticket will be considered delinquent and late fees will be added.
