Can I still pay the way I have before? You can still pay your bill in person, by mail, and at night drop locations. You can also stop by Food Town, Walmart, Kroger, Joe V's, and Ace Cash to pay your bill.
Please visit our online payment portal to pay using a Mastercard, Visa, or Discover credit card. American Express is not accepted and pay-by-phone is not available. To avoid late charges, payment must be received in the Utility Services Office by 4:00 p.m. on the due date.
