11 gru 2015 · There is a free app called Key Codes in the Mac App Store that as far as I can tell stays on top of all other windows. Other than menu items it stays atop all other apps including the Terminal and the Safari URL bar.
1 wrz 2017 · Closing the current window always fixes the problem temporarily, but it then eventually comes back. Perhaps it's a symptom of keeping Chrome continuously open for longer then it should be! I have startup set to 'continue where you left off' so all my taps reopen when I reopen Chrome.
8 kwi 2023 · When I minimize Safari, other windows on the desktop behave as they always did ... a click on a visible part of the window brings it to the top (fully visible). Is there some setting I have accidentally reset that makes this happen?

NOT TRUE! The issue is Mac OS is forcing me to use Safari. Soon as I closed Chrome and opened Safari, it allowed me input my GMail credentials and added the account to my Apple Mail app which immediately resolved the Chrome browser from pushing itself ahead of all other open apps. Your solution worked for. Thanks!
