1 wrz 2017 · Closing the current window always fixes the problem temporarily, but it then eventually comes back. Perhaps it's a symptom of keeping Chrome continuously open for longer then it should be! I have startup set to 'continue where you left off' so all my taps reopen when I reopen Chrome.
1 lip 2024 · Go to the always on top tab in the Chrome browser. Press the x button in the top-right corner of the tab or press the Back to tab button displayed at the center of the floating tab. Doing this will help you disable the always-on-top tab in Chrome and return it to other Chrome tabs.

15 cze 2021 · Also, make sure you have enabled "Show hidden files and folders" in folder options. Now rename the "Chrome" Folder inside the Google folder to "Chrome.old". Then open Google Chrome and see if that fixed the issue. If it has you can delete the Google.old folder as a new Chrome folder should be automatically created.

12 kwi 2018 · I am having a frustrating issue where Chrome (in this case the Chrome based Epic Privacy Browser) is stuck in Always On Top mode on Windows 10. This means that you can't use Alt & Tab to switch between windows from Chrome / Epic and you have to minimise it first to change to a new Window.
