Chris is going into his 3rd season as the Technical Director of WPI in Worcester MA. Chris was also the assistant coach, team manager & video analysis for our US Field Hockey’s Men’s National Program from 2014-2017.

Chris Pothier started coaching for Cape Ann in 2006 and took over the club in 2011. Pothier has had a unique and successful path in field hockey. He started playing the game on the girls’ team at Sandwich (MA) High as a freshman in 2000.

Chris joined the field hockey program as an assistant coach with a plethora of background in field hockey expanding across analytic and managerial experience for USA Team Events, competing for the men’s USA national indoor team, and serving as owner and director of the Cape Ann Field Hockey Club.
