A SNAP Affiliate is an organization that has entered into an annual, renewable licensing agreement with Child Development Institute (CDI) to deliver SNAP programming. SNAP Affiliates enter into a multi-year process that includes assessing site readiness, ongoing training and consultation and a regulated quality assurance process.
The core SNAP programs, SNAP Boys and SNAP Girls, are gender-specific programs for children ages 6-11 experiencing disruptive behaviour problems. Other SNAP programs include: SNAP Youth Programs, SNAP Schools, SNAP for Aboriginal Communities, SNAP Youth Justice and Camp Wimodausis.
At the Child Development Institute we offer specialised Early Intervention programs based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), an evidence-based intervention for children on the Autism Spectrum and with Developmental Delays.
