Dedicated uppers are very similar to drop-in bolt/conversion kits operationally and use the same Black Dog (brand) compatible .22LR magazines, but dedicated uppers feature a dedicated .22LR barrel.

26 lut 2013 · It is worth it to spend the additional $100 or so to get the complete M4-22 rifle. My upper came with one mag. The complete rifle comes with two mags, the complete lower, cleaning kit, and the plastic carry handle rear sight.
