Of course, you can easily produce such thematic games collections from big databases mentioned in other answers, but still, I find separated databases pretty convenient (e.g. for themed research).
I am updating both databases: CORR and OTB with the latest games published to date, you can now go to the website and download them. In the OTB database you will see that the number of available games has been reduced by more than 1.5+- Million with respect to the last published version.

4 sie 2021 · When I got back into Chess a year or two back I couldn't find a decent free regularly updated database of Chess games. There are some good ones out there like Kingbase and Millionbase (not updated anymore).
