Syzygy tablebases allow perfect play with up to 7 pieces, both with and without the fifty-move drawing rule, i.e., they allow winning all won positions and bringing all drawn positions over the fifty-move line. The tables provide WDL 50 and DTZ 50 ′′ information.

19 sie 2018 · How to use tablebases on Lichess? In endgame positions the opening explorer is replaced by a tablebase explorer. During analysis, click the book icon on the right side of the board to open it. It will show objective evaluations for every move in the position, giving you the best lines.
ChessBase supports a relatively new endgame database format, the Syzygy Endgame Tablebases. Older versions only supported the Nalimov Endgame Tablebases, which are still supported in this version. The new format was designed by Ronald de Man from Holland. Most new chess engines already support this format.

There are a few ways to search in ChessBase 15. You will generally want to be searching your biggest database, as that is the one that contains the most information. But whichever database you plan to investigate, you can do so in several ways. From the main ChessBase screen, you can right click the database you are interested in and click search:
