There have been no recipe changes to Coke Zero recently. There are a lot of factors that can affect carbonation and going flat more quickly, can lining, etc. I bet you’ll see the change go away as time goes on. They have some packaging announcing an improved recipe. Bought some this past month.

General consensus seems to be a soft rollout on a redesign. Got some regular cherry cans earlier this week with two tone red and purple and we're starting to see the two tone zeros in our vending machines at work too.
