The dance curriculum at Chautauqua is designed for students who wish to pursue careers as professional ballet dancers. Intensive training in classical ballet continues in rehearsals leading to performances.
West Side Story Dance Analysis. You hear the rhythm of loud finger clicking as the actors appear, followed by quick, insolent interjections of woodwinds and brass. Every snap, flick of the wrist, and audacious step is a declaration of bravado, arrogance, threat, and conflict.
Additional regional theatre credits include West Side Story, Hello, Dolly!, Saturday Night Fever, Singin’ in the Rain, The Wizard of Oz, A Chorus Line, Joseph…, and Beauty and the Beast. In addition to numerous industrials, Michael has performed for Celebrity Cruises and Six Flags.
