29 wrz 2023 · Fraudsters pose as JPMorgan Chase and other financial institutions’ Fraud Departments, and contact you from a spoofed phone number that may read as JPMorgan Chase Fraud on the caller or text ID.
A Google search indicates that 1-800-278-8830 is Chase's fraud prevention department. And since you're the one calling, the number can't be spoofed, so I wouldn't worry about it.
