Does anyone use chariot like me. heres a list of there problems: 1. There server is slow as anything. 2. no matter how fast your modem and phone line is its slower than most dial-ups. 3. If you use the cheapest option (Prepaid) you get 30 hours for $27.50 (Rip off). 4. You only get 15-20 MB Downloads per recharge.
