If you have Facebook access to a Page, you can switch into your Page and request a change to your Page’s name on Facebook. If you have task access to a Page, you can’t request a change to your Page’s name.
You'll need to be an admin to change your Page's username on Facebook.
Find your Facebook Page ID. To find your Facebook Page ID on your computer: Open the Page you would like to find the ID for. From the menu below your Page name, click About. Click Page transparency. You will find your Page ID below Page transparency in the right hand section that appears.
