Cerberus in combat. He is damaging, but not Ares, Bacchus or Cabrakan. His scaling ranges from 55% (on his ultimate) to 86.5% (if all ticks on his two hit) and his numbers aren't the highest. So, it's best to build only some penetration to help your damage.
Cerberus is one of my main gods, but he hasn't been super viable in support after his last nerf. But if you can his your stuns consistently you will put in work. You can half heath a carry by themselves early.
Cerberus is a very aggressive support. I usually use Blink to dive and initiate so I save his jump as an escape but you can definitely use it start too. His 2 is his far most useful ability because it sets up really strong follows with the prot reduction.
