Yes there are two cat cafes in Budapest, one is this address (Revay utca) and the other is in Damjanich Utca, which is a smaller semi-basement one. This cat cafe's website doesn't work anymore for whatever reason, but they have a Facebook page. There is also a cat pub!

17 mar 2018 · The Cat Cafe is such a lovely idea and a great place to also grab a lovely coffee. We shared our table with a beautiful ginger Maine Coon called Aslan. The cats we meet all seem very well cared for and very chilled.
