28 cze 2020 · Your question says you have an "80 meter" cable, but the evidence you provide suggests you have a 15 meter cable and a 65 meter cable. If you know the 65 meter cable doesn't work at 1Gbps, adding couplers to the ends of it or attaching the 15 meter cable will not make it better.
12 lis 2021 · If you're right that it's not meeting the Cat6 spec (regardless of what it's made of), then it was fraudulently sold as Cat6 cable. Cat6-compliant cable can handle full 1Gbps at fully 100m, and full 10Gbps at fully 40m.

Most commonly a Cat5e/Cat6 cable only getting 100 is from a punch down that isn’t the correct cable order, a punch down that doesn’t make a good contact or a broken conductor within the cable somewhere. A basic cable tester will tell you if you have the order consistent on both ends or if there are any conductors that do not connect.
