2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin, also known as dioxin; TCDBD; TCDD; 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzodioxin; 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-1,4-dioxin; and 2,3,7,8-TCDD, has no commercial uses (USEPA 1985a). Its structure and properties are shown in Table 1.
