Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County is a non-profit organization that provides a powerful voice and a meaningful connection for children who have experienced abuse, neglect and abandonment. From the courtroom to the classroom, CASAs represent the best interests of the children they serve.
CASA children may be placed in a short-term residential therapeutic program (group home), a foster home, or with a family member. Most children we serve live in central and northern Orange County, though children may be placed throughout the county and neighboring counties.
