For those unfamiliar with CN Real, it was a short lived line up on cartoon network that aired reality shows rather than cartoons. This was in the late 2000s and the shows didn't do very well, except DWWH. I remember this when I was younger and saw some of the shows before they were canceled.
Prior to the Dimensional and reboots era in 2016 & later, 2009 was by far the worst year of CN, since the previous year CN Top 5 and Toonami had been cancelled, making 2009 the first full year without those, combined with CN Real and no new original premieres at all.
