The Carbon Cub is available in four variants: Carbon Cub UL (LSA / Ultralight & EAB Builder Assist), Carbon Cub SS (Light Sport Aircraft), Carbon Cub FX (EAB Builder Assist), and Carbon Cub EX (aircraft kit). Carbon Cub has been designed for off airport operation with a powerful engine, strong lightweight airframe and nimble low-speed manners.
The EX-2 revision includes an extensive series of improvements and upgrades to the kit, but the primary components are the new G-Series ailerons, flaps, and tail feathers. The G-Series control surfaces of the EX-2 improve controllability in all aspects of the flight envelope.

You also need to add the cost of a paint job, which would range from $1500 or so for material only, to around $9,000 for a not-too-elaborate professional paint job.
