7 wrz 2023 · Elsevier’s Scopus Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) grant programmatic access to the curated abstracts and citation data from all scholarly journals indexed by Scopus. Each of the 11 APIs return different data to support a range of different use cases, including: Scopus APIs can be used with any tool and/or programming language.

Alternatively, you you can either set the API key using rscopus::set_api_key or by options("elsevier_api_key" = api_key). You can access the API key using rscopus::get_api_key.
Key steps include navigating to the Elsevier Developer Portal, registering with a valid email ID, validating the registration via email, entering label and website details, accepting terms and conditions, and receiving the SCOPUS API key.

5 paź 2017 · Instructions on obtaining a Scopus API key. Please follow these instructions to register for a subscription key, then copy and paste the resulting key into the API key field below. Paste the API key that you received from Elsevier in this field so Publish or Perish can use it during Scopus queries.
