Overlay code sheets can be printed. In cases where states have revised their reporting forms, both old and new formats are provided. ACTAR assumes no liability for the accuracy or use of these documents. They are provided as a service to the traffic crash reconstruction community.
The dashboard currently uses finalized crash data from the Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) and the Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System (SWITRS). The dashboard allows for filtering of the number and characteristics of fatal and serious injury crashes over the last 10 years.
Detailed log of all active CHP accidents, fatalities, construction alerts, wrong way drivers, traffic hazards, hit and run crashes, bridge jumpers, and SIG Alerts and more as published by CHP. All accident logs are processed, timestamped, and augmented to improve readability.
