30 cze 2023 · Some students prefer to take the Florida real estate exam at home as an online-proctored exam. We will explain the differences between online and going to the test center. Update: As of March 2024, the DBPR is no longer offering online-proctored exams.
18 paź 2024 · In order to pass the Florida real estate exam, you’ll need to get 75% of the questions right or 75 out of 100 questions. Once you pass the exam, the Florida Real Estate Commission will issue your license, usually within ten business days.

22 paź 2024 · To get your real estate license in Florida, you will have to be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete a 63 hour pre-license course, pass the state exam, submit your fingerprints for a background check, and apply for your license through the DBPR website.

You can take the course online or in a classroom at a real estate school or at Realtor associations and boards statewide.
