Cantiague Park was built in response to the needs of a growing county population. It was also the first park offering a swimming pool and an artificial skating rink. Cantiague Park’s artificial turf field accommodates football, softball, baseball, soccer and lacrosse, including night games.
19 lut 2007 · Cantiague Park is over 100 acres large and contains a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, golfing facilities and, our point of interest, a hockey sized ice rink. The entrance to the rink is shared with the pool; on the left is the rink and on the right is the pool.
Public Skating. Ice skating sessions for All Ages are one of the main attractions at Cantiague Park Ice Rink. Ice Skating provides great exercise and an opportunity to get out of the house – plus, it is not like exercising at the gym… skating is fun! Lace-em up and come join the others.
Grant Park is chock full of sports; starting with its popular outdoor ice skating/roller rink, open for public session year round and available for hire. The 35-acre park offers an artificial ice skating rink and sledding on its hill during those cool winter months as well.
7 sie 2017 · Cantiague Park has an indoor ice-skating rink that was renovated in 2010 and is open to the public. The ice-skating rink is open seasonally, Labor Day to June, and is a great place to take the family for an exciting day. You can rent skates, get them sharpened, or take lessons.
