You already have my two main suggestions: Criterion and Turner Classic Movies. Be aware that TCM's noir expert Eddie Muller hosts " Noir Alley " on TCM every Saturday night at 10pm. He picks a noir film - often obscure choices - and has a terrific intro and post-movie commentary.
On YouTube, it's called FULL MOON MATINEE. They show the full movies and it has a late-night TV style host. He talks about the movies, the actors, giving some of the history, etc. It's MORE than just a re-upload of the movie. For noir fans, ya gotta check it out!
