To cancel a game or app service. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game and App Services. Select the game or app service. Select Turn Off Auto-Renewal.
Depends if it's a game you bought that was discounted for ps plus users then yes you can still play them but if it's one of the monthly ps plus free games then it would be locked untill you renew your subscription.
