So I've seen stories on here where people travel abroad and can't use their capital one cards because the Cap1 asks them to confirm the purchase by sending a text to their US number, which they don't have access to in a foreign country.
I'm considering applying for a Capital One Venture card (for the SUB) and I've messaged their support about whether it's ok to add a foreign address after applying (I currently live in the UK but have a US address I can have stuff sent to.)
