I recently bought a bike equipped with 2007 Campy Veloce from an LBS. I was torn between veloce and centaur but decided that the money I saved on the groupo would be better spent on a decent wheelset. The group looks great! I chose the black components. They look almost as good as the centaur IMO. The bike shifts real smooth.
27 wrz 2011 · Veloce might be slightly "lower" in the Campy lineup than where 105 sits with Shimano, but again, it's a small difference. However, there is a significant difference in the ergonomics and how they are operated, and that difference is a big deal to some riders.
Does anyone know anything about Campagnolo's Veloce groupset? How does it compare to Shimano or SRAM groupsets? And what would be the closest equivalent to Veloce from Shimano?
6 paź 2010 · Campa heeft bij mij de voorkeur. Ik rij al een paar jaar met een veloce groep, heb alleen de ketting moeten vervangen. Verder werkt het probleemloos. Staat ook beter bij campa wielen.
