11 lip 2018 · Our Fausto Coppi Classic Road Bike comes straight from the golden age of cycling. It is a nice frame with fine lugs. And on top, the paintwork is still original and in a quite nice condition. As for the parts, we find some classic Italian components. Nisi rims, Campagnolo Shifting and Universal brakes.

Ever since the Irish owner of the Coppi bike (number 999051) told me about the bike I have been fascinated by how it came about that the bike ended up in an attic in Dublin and why a track bike would have Campagnolo Cambio Corso dropouts and not the regular horizontal rear opening dropouts you would expect on a track bike.
