how to choose a camp, brother/sister camp, program & activities, and our location. KenMont and KenWood Camps are brother/sister residential summer camps for boys and girls ages ages 7 – 15. The camps were established in 1924 and have provided a place to play with a challenge to learn ever since.
Two complete Sessions provide an unforgettable camp experience including Special Event Days, Out of Camp Trips and Color War. We also offer two-week options with the chance to extend for the remainder of each Session.
Each summer, girls ages 7 – 15 come to Kent, Connecticut for the best summer ever! Located on the shore of North Spectacle Lake in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, KenWood offers 200 acres of rolling hills, deep woods, wide open fields and a stunning waterfront.

For staff, KenMont and KenWood is a co-ed experience as we share the same facilities and campground. For campers, we offer two 3.5 week sessions each summer (staff work the full summer), providing a complete camp experience including Special Event Days and Color War.
2-Week Options Thursday, June 26 - Wednesday, July 9 & Wednesday, July 23 - Tuesday, August 5 $6200. For campers entering grades 2 – 10. Tuition includes laundry & towel service, canteen, photos and bus transportation or airport transfer on arrival day (limited locations).
