Ordered $10 half-orders each of the Crawfish Etouffee and Seafood Jambalaya. Got a spice level of "3" (on a 1-5 scale) for both, which was perfect. It's more flavor than heat, but the heat was so good I had a nice mouth-burn going on for an hour after I left.
