14 lip 2022 · As of July 14, 2022, Sparklight no longer offers residential email service. As a result, email accounts previously provided by Sparklight (name@cableone.net; name@newwavecom.net; name@nwcable.net; name@mycitycable.com) are no longer available.
Visit TV Everywhere and use your Sparklight online account username and password to log in (If you haven’t created a Sparklight online account username and password, you may use the register link to create it).
Changing your email address. 1. Log in to your online Sparklight account. 2. Click on the arrow by your name and then click on Profile Settings. 3. Click on the “edit” icon (pencil) next to the user name. 4. Delete your old email address, add your new email address, then click 'Save.' 5. All set!
