BreEZe enables consumers to verify a professional license and file a consumer complaint. Licensees and applicants can submit license applications, renew a license and change their address among other services.

If you are a California RCP and you are seeking licensure in another state requiring verification of your California license, you may request a verification of licensure online through BreEZe Online Services. Please be advised there is a $25 fee per verification.
Upon receipt of the request, the Board will validate the submission of an application for licensure and will then email a link to the Live Scan form or mail the fingerprint hard card (if outside of California). Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your hard cards by mail or 3 business days to receive your Live Scan form link.
