What You'll Need to Take a Test. Your Student ID card, a government-issued ID card, or a current picture ID including BYU ID app. A #2 pencil for multilpe choice tests - If you don't have a #2 pencil, you may purchase a pencil at the Testing Center for 35¢.
The Testing Center is closed for Devotional and Forum assemblies on Tuesdays from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm. Students that have checked out their tests by 10:30 am are permitted to complete their exams.

Check Exam Times. Make sure you know when your midterms are by checking on the testing center website and Learning Suite. Plan ahead when you will be taking your exam. This will help you avoid late fees and stress. Form Study Groups.
Online courses include exams that must be monitored by a proctor from a certified testing center. The proctor’s job is to watch as students take exams to make sure all requirements are met. When you request an exam through your course exam page, you will select a proctor to oversee your exam.
