Three customer service. According to Ofcom's most recent customer service report (2017), Three received a below-average level of complaints. So while it isn’t quite up there with Tesco Mobile’s squeaky clean image, Three performs a lot better than the worst offenders, BT and Vodafone.

16 sie 2023 · Three customer service. While Three has extensive live chat and call centre options for customers looking to make changes to their plan, query a bill or complain, the network has not come out well in past Ofcom reports.
Ridiculously bad service and customer support. The Three app is completely unworkable. Verification texts being sent to the wrong number so I can't log in to manage my account. Have spent multiple hours texting AI chat bots and useless customer service agents who cannot fix the issue.
