In the Classic Desktop App, just click on the “Change Password” button on the login screen. You will see a screen that asks for your user name, your old password, and a new password. If you play the Webkinz Classic Mobile App, please use our Change Password page.

24 kwi 2020 · You will be automatically taken to the Change Password: Here you can simply enter your new password, and then again to confirm it and click Apply. You will then be taken right into Webkinz World to begin playing. We are asking that all players use at least 8 characters for their passwords.
My phone logged me out of everything including my Webkinz app and I don't remember my username and password. I had two wrbkinz on there and one I just put the code just two days ago! I emailed Ganz or whatever and haven't heard back! What can I do!
22 wrz 2017 · To retrieve your username, begin by logging onto the Webkinz home page at Webkinz.com. Click on the "Help" link at the top of the page, which will bring you to a list of frequently asked questions. Review the menu bar on the left side of the screen and select "Customer Support."
A: If you have forgotten your Webkinz password, you can easily reset it by visiting the Webkinz World™ login page and clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link. You will then be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account, and a password reset link will be sent to you.
