Dinh's blazing bulwark is a Dinh's bulwark with a Trailblazer reloaded bulwark ornament kit added onto it. The kit gives no additional bonuses, and is only used to add aesthetics to the bulwark. Whilst in its ornamented state, the item can be reverted anytime, returning the bulwark and kit.

Taking off the chaps lowers it by 28 and raises that number from a 41 to a 51%. This just boosted the cheapest gear against the maximum low risk mage defense with bulwark by 10%. This number goes up to 56% with a toxic staff as a +1, and mystics with a toxic staff to a 62%. This nerf is unjustified.
