I already have a separate gaming PC, but realized it was time for an upgrade so I decided to try Build Redux based on the Youtube reviews and sponsorships along with the small up-charge fee and short shipping time frame.
Excellent, courteous, and fast customer service. The phone line was a long wait, but the chat function online was very fast and convenient -- and it was a real human being. They allowed a return outside the already generous 90-day window for a full refund. Date of experience: 27 July 2024.
MyBuilder sounds like Angie’s List in the US. If you are a business you can pay to have bad reviews removed or something fishy like that. They once called the business where my mom worked and offered to take down a bad review of the company if the company paid them.
I have bought many things from Build.com and have never had a problem. I've made mistakes with my order and they've corrected them through online chat. I've returned things I didn't like with no issues. The manufacturer is responsible for correcting items that break after 6 months, not Build.com.
