Poor quality cars and suspect a scam. Customer service in terminal good but overall hire was bad. First car was dangerous with jerky gearbox and squeaky poor breaks. Replaced with a second car that was dirty with damage/scuffs on most panels, rims, wheel arches and bars.

It is a rip off. BE WARNED. I've posted my experience on other travel forums and several replies have shared similar experiences with other rent a car companies in Jamaica. Apparently it's a shared industry practice of extorting monies from visitors by fabricating "damages" to rental cars.
