BSA Youth Protection Policies. There are two types of Youth Protection–related reporting procedures all volunteers must follow: When you witness or suspect any child has been abused or neglected — See “Mandatory Report of Child Abuse” below.
Use the Youth Protection/Membership Incident Information Form (No. 680-676) to gather data. Note that this form contains confidential information and must be forwarded directly to the Scout executive as soon as possible.
